Sorted by urgency — vendors with a suggested buy first. Switch to All vendors to open any vendor (even with no suggestion) and build a PO by hand.
Open POs still awaiting receiving, oldest first. Mark them received (or cancel) in the portal to clear the backlog — items on a PO from the last 14 days are already hidden from the buy list.
Open a vendor to adjust quantities and create a draft PO (Quotation) in the portal, stamped as you. Grain Brain / Milstein / Balebusta split into a Pallets PO and a Boxes PO.
